MIPPA Monthly Reporting Information
Complete the form below by the 15th day of the month after you provide services
All Monthly Reporting Forms submitted after the 15th will be processed for payment on the following month.
You may submit a report at any time after services have been provided, but only 1 payment per month will be processed for payment
For example:
🕒 Monthly Reporting & Payment Schedule
All MIPPA contractors must submit a Monthly Report for each month services are provided.
Reports are due by the 15th day of the following month (e.g., October activities are due by November 15).
Only one payment per contractor per month will be processed, based on the most recent monthly report submitted.
Contractors may enter units at any time after services are provided, but those units will not be processed for payment until the corresponding Monthly Report has been submitted.
Reports received after the 15th will be held and processed with the next month’s payment cycle.
Example:
If you provide services on October 2, include that activity on your October Monthly Report along with all other services conducted between October 1–31.
If the report is submitted on or before November 15, payment will be processed in the December cycle (approximately December 1).
If the report is submitted after November 15, payment will not be processed until the January cycle (approximately January 1).
