Dementia Specialist Funding: Participants must watch 3 hours of training related to dementia, caregiving, or related topics.  The participant can select the videos that he or she wishes to watch by visiting the Dementia Specialist Training Video Playlist Dementia Specialist Resources Playlist and selecting any 3 videos from the playlist that you wish to watch.  At the conclusion of each video, the trainee should visit the  Training Certification Form and answer the questions provided.  Once submitted, a Training Certificate will be emailed to the participant to the email he or she provides in the form.  Please note: the 3 hours of training are required for at least 1 staff member. If you wish to choose a video not on the playlist, that is entirely acceptable - you will simply provide the video name and link in the Certification Form so that it can be listed in our records for your agency.  Comments?
